Gallery of Mathematical 3-D Figures

The image viewer shows computer images of some figures that may be of interest for a custom order. This gallery is not meant to be exhaustive, and many more figures are possible for a custom order.

At present, I am limited to production of only certain classes of geometrical figures. First are "figures of revolution" wherein a given 2-D curve is rotated about the vertical (Z) axis to form a surface. At any given Z level, the cross-section is simply a circle. An example of such a figure is the hyperboloid. A second class of figures are those which are radially symmetric through the Z axis on any given level. Any given point of the figure on a given level has a point opposite it which is the same distance from the Z axis. An example of this class of figure is the hypersphere.
